I work where workflow design, internal tools, monitoring, reporting, prompt systems, and day-to-day operations meet. The goal is not to make AI look impressive. The goal is to make work easier to run, easier to measure, and easier to improve.

That usually means starting with one real process: a repetitive intake flow, a routing problem, a reporting gap, a web operations bottleneck, or a prompt-heavy task that keeps producing inconsistent results. From there, I help teams shape the process, build the useful core, and keep the result grounded in how the work is actually done.
